My Story
I'm Brashad Hasley—a U.S. Navy veteran, a senior software engineer, and most importantly, someone who deeply believes in service to country over self. My journey began with a commitment to serve our nation in uniform, where I learned the values of duty, honor, and putting mission before personal gain.
After my military service, I transitioned into the technology sector, but my dedication to public service never wavered. I continued that service by working closely with our government to modernize and secure the critical systems that keep this nation running safely and efficiently.
The decision to run for Senate wasn't made lightly. I watched as our political system became increasingly disconnected from the real challenges facing everyday Americans. I realized that my unique combination of military experience and technical expertise could bring a different kind of leadership to Washington—one based on results, not rhetoric.
My Experience

As a senior software engineer, I've spent my career building real solutions to complex problems, not just talking about them. I've been on the inside, helping to solve problems from the ground up, and I understand both the potential and the limitations of our current approaches to governance and policy.

Colorado represents everything I believe in—innovation, independence, and a pioneering spirit that doesn't back down from challenges. This state has been my home, and I've seen firsthand how Coloradans approach problems with practical solutions and common-sense leadership. I'm running to bring that same Colorado spirit to Washington, where we need leaders who understand that governing isn't about political games—it's about getting things done for the people we serve.
